In addition to being an educator, I am an active performer, director and playwright. My work has been produced in venues such as the Boston Playwright’s Theater, Edinburgh’s Assembly Roxy, Pleasance Theatres and Glasgow Centre for Contemporary Art.
As a writer, I have been recognized as a finalist for the BBC’s Scottish Voices talent development scheme and my comedic novel was longlisted for Helen Lederer’s Comedy Women in Print Prize.
Innovative and experimental, my work often incorporates multimedia elements and collaboration across international arts communities.
As an educator my teaching is infused with hands on technique from my experience in the professional world of theater.
production highlights
Appearing at Edinburgh’s Pleasance venue as part of the CYMERA Festival, Witches’ Gets is a multimedia theater production involving video, animation, movement and live music developed with bestselling author Anya Bergman. The play is based on early renditions of her novel, The Witches of Vardø.

digital theater
Based on the prompt, “What happens when you can’t social distance from your feelings?” Essential Work Only was written and directed by me and developed with a cross-continental team of actors during the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Essential Work Only has been broadcast to audiences on four continents, produced by Page 2 Stage Edinburgh and commissioned to be a six episode piece of audio theater by the Gray Hill Podcast.
fringe productions
As an active member of the fringe theater scenes of Boston, Zürich and Edinburgh, I’ve been fortunate to see my work produced on a variety of different stages. I welcome the cross cultural communication making theater across boarders creates!
